Ingredients:

  • 1 package of pork baby back ribs 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp pepper

Method:

  • Using a basting brush or hands, just cover both sides of the ribs with olive oil, so it is not dripping with oil just covered. 

  • Generously sprinkle garlic salt to season both sides of the ribs. You will not need to use the full tbsp

  • Sprinkle onion powder over both sides of the ribs

  • Sprinkle pepper over both sides of the ribs

  • Place the ribs in to an oven roasting pan bone side down, fat cap up

Set the oven broiler to High​

  • Place the ribs in the center rack of the oven

  • Ribs should become golden brown on top, about 6 -8 minutes

  • Using tongs, flip the ribs over and place back on the middle rack

  • Cook an additional 5-8 minutes until golden brown and either internal temperature reads 165-185F or the ends of the ribs have poked out of the sides 1/4 -1/2 inch and are browned
