Ingredients:

3 cups warmed chicken stock (Homemade or store bought)

1 cup orzo pasta

2 tbsp onions chopped
-
2 cloves garlic minced
-
1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 cup grated parmesan
-
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
-
Add and cook the garlic and onions till translucent and fragrant
-
Add 1/2 tsp salt/pepper
-
Add the orzo and mix well
-
Add the warmed stock and simmer until al dente chewy but not runchy about 8 minutes or per box directions
-
Add the parmesan and mix thoroughly till incorporated and melted
-
Garnish with green onion or parsley
