Ingredients:

1 pound Brussels sprouts

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp pepper
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tbsp shredded parmesan
Method

Preheat oven to 450F/230C
-
Peel off wilted leaves or any gone bad
-
Wash and rinse and dry
-
Cut off the stems and discard
-
Cut sprout in half, larger ones in thirds. place in a bowl
-
Toss in olive oil to coat sprouts
-
Add spices and toss
-
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil
-
Place sprouts cut side down any leaves fall off add them to the pan
-
Bake for 15mins and flip over sprouts return to oven until slightly charred
-
Garnish with shredded parmesan
