Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

3/4 cup mushrooms sliced

1 11oz can corn

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves minced

1/2 cup onions diced
-
1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cups uncooked rice
-
3/4 cup milk
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1.5 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Cook Rice
-
Heat skillet to medium
-
Add oil, when a piece of onion sizzles, add onions and garlic
-
Cook until fragrant and translucent not browned
-
Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper cook until browned

Lower heat to simmer add mushrooms
-
Stir and sauté for about 2 minutes
-
Drain excess fat
-
Add mushroom soup and milk, blend well
-
Stir in corn, blend well
-
Add soy sauce and simmer on low heat 15-30 minutes
-
Serve over rice
-
Optional drizzle a bit of chili oil or hot sauce, or a bit more soy sauce

Garnish with green onions grated parmesan cheese
