Ingredients:

2 cups macaroni noodles

2 cups grated cheese

1 cup half & half, milk ok

3/4 cup onions minced

3 cloves garlic minced
-
1/4 cup beer
-
1 pound ground beef 80/20 preferred
Method:
Noodles:

In a pot heat 6 cups salted water to a boil

Add Macaroni, cook 8-11 minutes until "Al Dente"

Drain the water and add noodles back to the pot
Ground beef:

Heat a skillet to medium high heat with 2 tsp olive oil

Add ground beef begin to brown
-
When well broken up add garlic and onions continue to cook until browned

Drain excess fat
-
Add the beer and cook out alcohol about 2 mins

Combine the ground beef with the noodles and mix well

Add all of the cheese and mix well
-
Add half of the cream/milk
-
Heat skillet to medium low, just enough to melt cheese
-
Add remainder of milk and mix well until cheese melted and 10 minutes to let flavors incorporate
-
Season with salt and pepper
