Method:
-
1 cup uncooked white rice any type
-
Clean hands and rinse rice with tap water then drain

Repeat approximately 3 times until rice waterb is only slightly cloudy then drain

Barely touching the rice with your index finger, add tap water to first knuckle line of your finger
-
Heat with Medium to High heat until water begins to lighly boil
-
Cover with a lid and reduce heat to lowest setting
-
Halfway through stir the rice to ensure none is sticking to the bottom of the pot

When the water is all absorbed and removce from heat and fluff with a fork
-
Rest for 5 minutes and serve
