Ingredients:

1/2 pound shrimp, not frozen, deveined and shell on preferred

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder
Method:

Place shrimp into a medium mixing bowl

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder

Toss/mix well

Pour shrimp into a ziploc bag or coverable plastic container

Add the mayonnaise
-
Mix well until all shrimp are generously coated with the mixture

Refrigerate until grilling
Grilling:​

Using tongs, place shrimp onto a hot grill.

It's best to put the shrimp in lines on the grill as they cook very quickly
-
You want a slight char and a pink to reddish color on the shrimp
-
About the time you place your last shrimp on the grill it will be about time to go back and turn the shrimp over to cook the other side
-
Cook time is approximately 2 mins per side, looking for slight char and pink to reddish color
