GARLIC BUTTER:

2 tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp thyme

Pinch salt/pepper

Mix ingredients together and spoon over the salmon
HERB CRUSTED:

1 tsp herbs de provence (or Italian seasoning is fine)

1 tsp garlic minced
-
1 tsp green onion chopped
-
1 tsp parsley chopped
-
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp. rated horseradish (store bought jar ok)

pinch salt/pepper
-
Mix ingredients together and spoon over salmon

Method:

Preheat oven to 400F/205C
-
Put parchment paper over a baking sheet or use baking pad
-
Put a bit of oil on the baking surface
-
Bake 15 mins or until salmon flakes easily with a fork
