GARLIC BUTTER:

  • 2 tbsp. melted butter

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Pinch salt/pepper

  • Mix ingredients together and spoon over the salmon


HERB CRUSTED:

  • 1 tsp herbs de provence (or Italian seasoning is fine)

  • 1 tsp garlic minced

  • 1 tsp green onion chopped

  • 1 tsp parsley chopped

  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp. rated horseradish (store bought jar ok)

  • pinch salt/pepper

  • Mix ingredients together and spoon over salmon

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 400F/205C

  • Put parchment paper over a baking sheet or use baking pad

  • Put a bit of oil on the baking surface

  • Bake 15 mins or until salmon flakes easily with a fork
