Ingredients:

  • 4 cups or 2 cans of cooked green beans

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 2/3 cup crispy fried onions 

  • 1 cup crispy fried onions separated from above

  • 1/8 tsp or pinch of black pepper

  • 3/4 cups milk, 2% or more

  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Grease casserole dish with 1 tsp of olive oil

  • Open cans of beans and drain water out using a colander 

  • Open can of cream of mushroom soup pour into casserole dish

  • Pour the milk into the soup can and mix to get remaining soup mixed with the milk

  • Pour the soup/milk mixture into the casserole dish

  • Using a whisk blend mixture until smooth

  • Add the drained beans and mix well into the soup mixture

  • Add 2/3 cup of the crispy fried onions and mix/blend into the soup mixture

  • Add the remaining cup of crispy fried onions to the top of the casserole dish. 

  • Bake uncovered 30 minutes
