Ingredients:

4 cups or 2 cans of cooked green beans

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2/3 cup crispy fried onions

1 cup crispy fried onions separated from above

1/8 tsp or pinch of black pepper
-
3/4 cups milk, 2% or more
-
1 tsp olive oil

Method:

Preheat oven to 350F
-
Grease casserole dish with 1 tsp of olive oil
-
Open cans of beans and drain water out using a colander
-
Open can of cream of mushroom soup pour into casserole dish
-
Pour the milk into the soup can and mix to get remaining soup mixed with the milk
-
Pour the soup/milk mixture into the casserole dish
-
Using a whisk blend mixture until smooth
-
Add the drained beans and mix well into the soup mixture
-
Add 2/3 cup of the crispy fried onions and mix/blend into the soup mixture
-
Add the remaining cup of crispy fried onions to the top of the casserole dish.
-
Bake uncovered 30 minutes
