Ingredients:

1 cup flour

2 eggs beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs

4 pork chops
Method:

Place the pork chop in flour mixture cover both sides, shake off excess

Place floured pork chop and dredge both sides in egg wash

Place egg washed pork chop in breadcrumb mixture

Set aside until ready to cook

Add vegetable oil to skillet over medium heat. Enough oil to cover half the pork chop
-
Heat oil to 350F/175C or until pork chop bubbles a bit when placed in the pan. Cook until browned on each side and internal temperature is 160/71C or cut into middle and see white with only a slight pink color.
