Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 4 pork chops

Method:

  • Place the pork chop in flour mixture cover both sides, shake off excess

  • Place floured pork chop and dredge both sides in egg wash

  • Place egg washed pork chop in breadcrumb mixture

  • Set aside until ready to cook

  • Add vegetable oil to skillet over medium heat. Enough oil to cover half the pork chop

  • Heat oil to 350F/175C or until pork chop bubbles a bit when placed in the pan. Cook until browned on each side and internal temperature is 160/71C or cut into middle and see white with only a slight pink color.
